SCA® VITALITY for the automatic analysis of sperm viability
The analysis is done using fluorescence microscopy, in sperm samples treated with fluorochromes like Duo-Vital. Automatic recognition and classification of the spermatozoa between live (green fluorescence) and dead (red fluorescence) is done.
Analysis time is two seconds per field at 20x magnification.
